The sales associateSean Lowe
The sales associate, Sean Lowe, was phenomenal. He took as long a time as was needed to answer all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and had my concentrator shipped right away and I received it the next day. He also helped me on a third visit to the store when I purchased more equipment. If it weren't for Sean I would have gone to other stores to compare the equipment but he was so honest and experienced that I felt I didn't need to go any where else. He has a pleasant and reassuring demeanor that puts one at ease. Thank you Sean.

I just got off the phone with Deborah…
I just got off the phone with Deborah Montelli. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is! I have been so frustrated trying to find the right thing for my 90 year old mother with COPD and I hit the jackpot getting Deborah on the phone. She is so full of knowledge ... she knew exactly how to help me. I feel so confident moving forward with getting my mother the aid she needs because of Deborah's outstanding customer service. Thank you, Deborah!! The world needs more people like you who know their stuff and care about people. Just incredible!!!

Jake Kinlaw was excellent in helping me…
Jake Kinlaw was excellent in helping me understand the differences between machines and suggested what would be good for my personal needs. He was very patient with me because it took me 6/7 weeks to finally to make a decision due to personal circumstances that had occurred. I am happy with my SimplyGo portable machine.
