I just found out that I need to use a POC. It’s a lifestyle change and a little concerning. I called your store yesterday, left a message and Mez Fitsum called me back. How lucky for me!! We talked at length about what my needs were and what appliance I might need. I called back, set up an appointment and went in today. Again, Mez was thorough, not pushy and guided me through what would best suit my needs. I was even able to try two different products, which was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing the Caire Freestyle Comfort POC. This will be my first night using it, so I can’t speak to the product here, but with Mez’s guidance, I feel confident with what I’ve bought.

Excellent Experience
Nick Vannatta was very helpful. I placed my order and received it within 4 days. To date, it has been performing far better than the POC that we had been leasing. Great service and excellent experience.
