We recently had to upgrade my husband's portable concentrator because his oxygen requirements changed. I did my own independent research online and decided on the oxygen concentrator store. When I called, Nick was the person I spoke with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. The equipment was shipped promptly and received in excellent condition. We purchased the inogen g5 and it works beautifully.
