They young man who helped me was great. Could have not been better. But the notification I received when the unit came in and was shipped was nto clear to me. But overall, I was happy with the transaction.

Sale rep was very knowledgeable but not pushy and worked with me on my own schedule. Concentrator operation was very quite in general but fan noise increased some within a few days of use.

Some people might think that I am just being nit-picky but I had no idea that my order had been processed until I checked my Visa account. The sales person indicated that I would receive an invoice via email along with a tracking number so I could track my package. That did not happen. I placed the order on Monday morning and I did not receive any emails so I called and left a message on Tuesday to check the status of my order. I never received a call back from my sales person. To my surprise, the order arrived at my home on Wednesday. The shipping time was excellent. The unit was well packaged so unless it receives very rough handling it should arrive without any damage. The unit works just fine and does exactly what it was advertised to do. I do not know how the manufacturer arrived at the run times, but my experience is about half of the published times. I need 8 liters of air and at that volume the battery will only last about 1 hour before the unit starts alarming. One battery arrived completely discharged and the other battery was partially charged. The battery that arrived completely discharged does not hold a charge as long as the other battery. It does hold a charge and it does work, but it's run time is lower. So much that I went ahead and purchased a third battery so that I can run off of batteries for 5 to 6 hours. The wheels on the cart are plastic with a rubber tread and have sealed bearings so they roll very easily and are very quiet. The wheels are large enough that you can pull the unit up a curb without any issues, contrary to what others have said. All in all the unit delivers plenty of air at each of it's settings and it runs without being too terribly noisy. It is louder than the Inogen 1 when running at the same pulse settings. One irritating thing about the unit is the alarms. There does not appear to be any way to silence the alarms. If you are in a theater, in church, or any other place where you have to be quiet you have to watch the battery gauge carefully or the alarm going off will announce your presence. My sales person was very courteous and polite and seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment. I was pleased with the price of the unit and other than what I previously mentioned I was happy with my experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I would not hesitate purchasing from them again.

Only get just over three hours on 4 liters. Sales told me six with the bigger battery.

Arrived on time seems to b as promised. Might b a 5 star review, if given enough time to properly read all instructions and get used to the unit. Nancy
