POC arrived on time in excellent condition. Assistance from Technical Support, and follow up by Sales, (Nick Vannatta), has been excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

The sales representative was forthright and clear in his presentation and information to me. He was not in any way high pressure, which I appreciate. The delivery was fast but sat on my porch a full day/night before I knew it was there. That you provided Pay Pal was certainly an incentive. Just need to assemble and understand parts now.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreAug 25, 2023
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that our sales representative provided a straightforward and clear presentation without exerting undue pressure. We understand the importance of a respectful and informative interaction. We apologize for the oversight regarding the delivery notification; we'll work on ensuring better communication in such instances in the future. We're glad that offering PayPal was a benefit for you. If you have any questions or need assistance with assembly or understanding any part of your product, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!
