Great customer service
We recently purchased a concentrator from the oxygen store. After using it for about a month we had an issue with it. I called the company right away and within two days they should also new one to replace the original. So easy to handle. customer service is fabulous. I will definitely continue to do business with this company. They stand behind their product and a very professional.

Wonderful customer service!
Nick Vanetti is knowledgeable and very helpful. My new POC was delivered within days and, of course, it works perfectly. This is the second piece of equipment I’ve bought from the Oxygen Concentrator Store and my experience has been equally great both times!

Jim H was most helpful
Jim H was most helpful in getting me the correct unit for what I needed. I am currently testing it out before our cruise. Everything is working correctly at the present. It arrived on time and not damaged and was packed very well.

Very knowledgeable.
Very polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Received the concentrator quickly and when we had a question about part of it Anthony took care of it immediately. This is great service! So far we couldn’t be happier!

This company is amazing! sends an email in perfect detail how to send the machine in, sends an email when the machine will be returned. Very pleased with the customer service!
