Chris made our rather emergency need for a battery operated concentrator so easy! He found us exactly what we needed in a refurbished, inspected machine and sent it to us overnight!! We went to a wedding in Texas from upstate NY so the heat index played havoc with my husband’s breathing. Chris to the rescue! Having the portable machine made such a huge difference! Our thanks to him and this company for saving our trip!!

It was my lucky day when oxygen specialist, Mars Batton, responded to a query sent to the Oxygen Concentrator Store regarding a portable oxygen concentrator listed on the website. He introduced himself, listened to a summary of my husband’s health conditions, why I thought the POC was suitable to our situation, how we planned to use it, and size and weight parameters with regard to lifting it in and out of a vehicle. He asked several pertinent questions during our conversation and based on information I had given him he recommended 2 POC’s that met my requirements. He promptly sent detailed information, including a side by side comparison of the POC’s for my consideration. I got on the internet to read ratings, reviews, blog comments posted by persons actually using them, pros & cons, etc. This additional information confirmed my decision to purchase the POC initially under consideration. I contacted Mars to place my order. He was totally upfront on pricing, optional add-ons, warranty info, return policy, pay options and prescription requirements. My order was shipped as soon as the prescription was received and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble, passed the initial performance test, and is working as expected during real time usage. Mars is a well-informed professional oxygen specialist, friendly and truly easy to work with. He is also empathetic and has a sincere desire to help customers caught up in difficult health situations. MARS BATTON…He’s the person I highly recommend you contact if you need to consult an oxygen specialist.
