No one told me that the whole unit needed to be plugged into a wall outlet to charge any battery. So, I am "grounded" when charging. I may have done things differently If I had known that. I may have bought your expensive charger, so I would have more mobility.

My experience is with Rex Albert a salesman with the oxygen concentrator store web site. I found Rex to be a kind, considerate, well mannered and knowledgeable person who promotes his company in the finest manner. Mr. Albert explained to me the differences between the equipment his company sells and what I was looking at from other on line stores. When I explained that the Veterans Administration in my local area would not give me a prescription due to new protocols, he arranged for a physician in California to interview me and grant a prescription in my name. To me this seemed above and beyond what he had to do to meet his obligations for a customer and I’m thankful he did. He has followed up with me several times since, which shows me the caring nature of his spirit. I’m very thankful to Mr. Rex Albert and the Oxygen Concentrator store for their help and service.

Have not tryed it yet will review later all I can say is arrived on time in great condition looks like a brand new one it's very small and very lite more later

I am pretty happy with the concentrator. It is noisier than I had expected, which makes it difficult in a motel room. I didn't get a battery with it and had to wait several days to receive one. It does do the job well and has been used several times however. It works great with a CPAP as well.

I was given good service by Azziz. No manual came with my order. I mentioned it to him. He said he was going to send one in the mail. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not rec. anything yet from him. He did send some links in the mail but I told him I prefer the hard copy.
