We purchased a back pack for my wife she could not use.
We purchased a back pack for my wife's portable concentrator. On arrival we determined that due to my wife's physical condition (strength etc), she was unable to use it. When we contacted customer service we were treated with understanding and kindness. We were immediately issued a return authorization number and a return label. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Know the company is behind you.
My fitst phone call, I talked to Sean and he was very helpfull and knowledgable. But unfortunately I can not use a pulse oxygen concentrator.

I have severe emphysema and needed a…
I have severe emphysema and needed a portable oxygen concentrator for my doctors visits. I am on SSI so I don't have a lot of money to spend. AMSR sold me a used machine for a good price. Unfortunately the first unit didn't work well for me. But after some negotiations we managed to get a machine that suits my needs. I would like to thank Nick Vannatta as he was instrumental in resolving my problems. He is a great asset to AMSR and look forward to communicating with him again. Thanks again, Kent Thomas
