Won't go anywhere else!

Helps, though doesn't fully solve the problem.
The machine worked very well to bring PO2 up to normal at altitude. It helped a little with the atrial fibrillation but my husband still had that problem. My husband wants to keep the machine, because it clearly helps, although it doesn't completely solve the problem with hiking at altitude.

Great support and service
I have been ordering oxygen concentration products from them for ~15 months now. Portable unit, batteries and accessories. Every transaction was smooth and professional. I recently decided a needed a continuous mobile unit for working out. I ordered the wrong unit but didn’t realize it for a few days. I called them and they immediately helped me identify a continuous unit and facilitated the exchange no problem. Great Customer service and sales support.

I felt like the person that helped me understand my problem and helped me to fix it.
I felt like the person that helped me was knowledgeable and helpfully. I didn't have a long wait time and I didn't have to be transferred. I liked being able to talk to a person and not a recording. I was sent the right parts and the problem is gone.
