Telephone help about needed repair to my O2 concentrator was very instructive. Shipping was easy (except for the day I tried to send it by Fed Ex - my mistake!) Store kept it while I was on vacation and sent it promptly when I returned. Glad I saved the original box and foam inserts. I'm very pleased with the service
