All the sales people are very nice and helpful. The reason for my not-so-perfect rating is a delay in delivery which may not be the fault of the store. It would have been helpful, though, to have communication from the store about it to avoid frustration.

The battery does not hold a charge as long as we believed it would. It's a bit heavier so I can't carry it on my shoulder and have to find some place to put it where I can still get to and use it.

This is the first time I've needed to replace the columns in my Inogen. Ordering was easy and delivery was great. I'm giving it a 4 because the replacement column cost $150, which I think it a higher price than it should be. The Inogen I use works just fine, but I had to pay for it myself because my previous doctor wouldn't validate my test results. I don't need to use it every day, so I have no idea how long a column set lasts. It's a concern.

Was an easy process, although didn't realize that they did not/could not bill Medicare Prompt shipping and delivery - A couple of minor problems with the cabinet and the machine is very noisy!
