Our company, the Oxygen Concentrator Store, primarily sells and provides customer service for Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) and related equipment. We don't have technicians that visit client sites for setups or installations. Furthermore, the equipment we offer, especially POCs, do not have the capacity to heat up an apartment. It's possible there might be some confusion or a mix-up with another service provider. We kindly request you to double-check if the technicians you mentioned are indeed from our company.
