It was a wonderful experience but the concentrator is a lot noisier than I expect and the warning light keeps coming, the plug that plugs to the middle box keeps coming lose.

I am happy with my portable O2 concentrator except for the weight of it. I was specifically looking for something lightweight and thiss does not feel lightweight at all. It is hard to lift and carry. I have found that putting it in a backpack makes it better and more manageable Update: the backpack worked well as far as convenience but I found that it caused the machine to get hot and start beeping a warning that it wasn’t making a sufficient amount of O2. So please don’t do that. Gotta figure out something else like maybe create a mesh backpack that will allow it to have enough circulation.

Arrived on time --needs better instructions on use & assembly. why did battery (supplied with scooter ) weigh twice as much as the 2 extended batteries purchased separately? Could you respond to me ? Otherwise very satisfied with delivery and scooter.
