The transaction was quick and easy
The transaction was quick and easy. I called. He quoted me the price. I said buy it. He told me the credit card they had on my account. I said change it. I gave him the new number. He said it's done. I received an email with all the details. I received the battery when I expected it. I charged it. It works great! It can't get any better than that! Thanks for your great customer service.

The representatives were informative, helpful, and not high-pressure.
The representatives were very informative and helped me to decide on the correct concentrator for me. They were not high-pressure. Once I decided on a concentrator, the purchase process was very quick. And the unit was shipped as soon as they received the prescription. A text was sent informing me that the prescription had been received.
