Kindness and Patience
Katie was a very gracious, patient, and knowledgeable salesperson. She was able to answer all my questions, get my oxygen prescription from my doctor, and wait until I sorted out all the little decisions I had to make for my purchase.

Why I am comfortable with the
I was fortunate to be able to talk with one of your sales representative, Todd Benson, who was not only very knowledgeable but also very personable. Todd was able to answer all of my questions. I was also able to talk a friend, Gay Westenskow, who owns an Inogen One G5 concentrator. Gay was very satisfied with her concentrator. And finally, internet reviews of various oxygen supply companies gave the Oxygen Concentrator Store their highest rating.

Nick the oxogen concentrator…
Nick the oxogen concentrator representative was extremely helpful. He followed up ensuring that I understood options concerning the SimplyGo. While tracking my package on UPS I received a message that my package was delayed on would needed to be rerouted. And was given no date of delivery. I sent an email to Nick he responded and checked from his end. UPS info to me differed from Nick’s end. Darn good customer care and unlike UPS, a live person was able to help. Thank you folks for have live agents to talk to and help. Nick was the best. I have my SimplyGo. I unpacked it. I am having a medical procedure done this Tuesday and will take my time to read all the instructions and test the SimplyGo. Nick said I could call or email him if I need any help. He sure helped this senior citizen. I’ll be emailing Nick after I test my SimplyGo. Thank you folks, Ron
