Your online sales representative, Luke, was friendly and informative. He was very patient and answered each question until I felt confident in my order. The machine arrived in two days, it was packaged very well to protect it during shipping. The startup directions were easy, and we had the machine up and running quickly after charging the battery.

Prior Inogen user upgrade…
Because I was a prior Inogen user I didn't require any sales pitch but Jake was right there with everything I did need. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The G5 was shipped quickly and I now have it, using it for the first time yesterday. It's heavier than the G4 but the performance makes up for the difference. I'm very happy with my purchase. No regrets here.
