Small and Easy to Use
Let it be known, I’m not thrilled to have to use an oxygen concentrator in the first place, but I do seem to need it. I wanted one that was small and easy to use. I shopped around a bit, found what I thought I wanted, and got in touch with Inogen. The rep was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, helpful. I wished I could have paid a lower price but maybe the quality will make up for it. I was disappointed that the equipment didn’t come with a bag/box/container to nicely fit all the paraphernalia in but I will adapt. I will have to call someone about connecting to the app on my smartphone because I wasn’t smart enough to do that on my own. But the equipment seems to work just fine.
