Concentrator came early
Concentrator came early. Was in good condition.Was promised a good product and that is what I received. Customer service was great. David was very helpful and knowledgable. Great company to do business with.

One call and product was on its way and…
One call and product was on its way and shipped same day, delivered day earlier than expected. Great service. I am PoA for my aunt and over the last 2 years have dealt with many providers, so we really appreciate the caring service we have received.

The sales person gave me good advice about my O2 concentrator. This is not something that I buy all the time, so his advice was very good for me.

I had a problem with rotator cuff on my…
I had a problem with rotator cuff on my arm and Chris Hollis took care of getting me the correct concentrator. Using the buyback program I didn't loose all of the money I paid for the other concentrator in May.
