Very easy. Great price
I ordered this for my sister with COPD in an assisted living facility. She had 4 batteries and an Imogen g4 p2 concentrator. The extra batteries were of no use because she could not charge while using her concentrator. She was. Frustrated about not being able to participate in facility activities. The recertified external charger solved the problem at a great price. She has much greater freedom.

Easy to order my
Easy to order my new battery for my POC. My original battery is still good, but I got the 2nd battery as a backup. Shipping was fast. Only minor complaint is the price of these batteries, but they are lithiums, so are more expensive.
