Overnight emergency delivery.
They provided an overnight shipment of a car charger for my Oxygen generator to my motel. I also ordered a home charger which never shipped, however I was only charged for the car charger. I voiced my concern to the sales department email with no response. Weeks later, I find the home charger was being mailed to me. I’ll keep it as a spare, but I could have bought one locally ten miles from home.

Was told no concentrators would be…
Was told no concentrators would be available for the next 2 to 3 months, then UPs sent message one was on it’s way to me, good thing I checked my e-mail or my account would be over drafted, a little heads up would have been nice.Like my concentrator,no problems with set up, working great for me so far.

Had just received my home O2 when I…
Had just received my home O2 when I realized there was no O2 blended valve from my CPAP, it’s Saturday, placers are closed, all calls are being handled by places out of Denver. Am in a swimming poll of baby poo if I can’t come up with one. Have been dialing for close to two hours when a voice at the other end said Brett Bennett what can I do for you? Boom, two adapators order, jumped in the truck, hour later, saved. You all have a customer for life and I was elected President Brett Bennett Fan Club.

Nice people to deal with
Everyone I dealt with was really pleasant and helpful. They really seemed to care. I gave it 4 stars because it took a several days to connect with customer service. After I did connect, though, they were very helpful.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The disappointment was with the oxygen concentrator, it is very heavy and difficult for my mother to carry.
