We randomly picked your company on line. My 80 year old sister, who is 02 dependent had another portable 02 machine. But she had found it to be very heavy and cumbuersum. So we looked on line and Cari answered our call. She was so patient and informative!!!! My sister could not quite decide if she wanted to purchase the new machine, she said it had all happened so quickly! So Cari gave us a contact so SHE would be the one to answer when we called back!!!! She did answer and the lifted my sisters confidence 10 fold. The machine was delivered in 3 days. Easy to assemble and very compatetively priced. A wonderful experience for both of us!!!!

They handled the whole problem. Got back very fast. THANK YOU VEERY MUCH

Audrey was very reassuring and knowledgable when questions were asked, she did not make me feel obligated to purchase the item even though I explained to her it was cross border. She even took the time to explain how slightly used was applied. I am totally 😊 with my purchase, again kudos to Audrey, I would definitely recommend your business to friends if they inquire.

Friendly, courteous interaction, very fast delivery.

Jasha W was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right machine for my dad with patience and I truly appreciated it. Great customer service! Oxygen Concentrator Store has earned a spot on my recommend list and I will use them again myself.

People were GREAT! Price was GREAT! took too long for repairs to older unit.

The quality of the people selling it had a big impact on my desire to purchase. Very kind and knowledgeable. The product is hand down better than the one I had. It’s quite. Love it.
