Great product but took far too long to…
Great product but took far too long to arrive. We were not made aware that the US warehouse was out of stock so it was coming from elsewhere until I started questioning! Your answer to my review does not reflect what I was told by your Customer Service when I emailed 3 times! As I have been a repeat customer, I would appreciate honesty.

The company needs to be more specific…
The company needs to be more specific on what is needed on the prescription. I got tired of playing phone tag, and drove a sixty mile round trip to get the prescription, rather than wait on snail mail. I first sent a picture of the prescription, then was informed not enough information, however upon enlarging it all the requested info was there.

Far better than lugging those O2 bottles around.
The Inogen works very well and your salesman Brent has been incredibly helpful. Only downside is that I thought the machine was going to be lighter weight.

Only gave 4 stars since Website would…
Only gave 4 stars since Website would not accept my login-several times over. Even after cleaning cache and rebooting-no luck.
