To clarify, replacement units are typically sent out in advance to minimize disruption to your therapy while the original device undergoes evaluation at the manufacturer's service center. Unfortunately, warranty coverage determinations are made solely by manufacturer-certified technicians, and in this instance, the service center deemed the unit non-repairable.
