I can’t tell you how impressed I was…
I can’t tell you how impressed I was with help and advice I received from Bret Bennett. I called with what I wanted already in mind, but after talking with him, he led me to a machine that fit my needs even better, and save me a lot of many. I called him on Friday December the 22nd, at about 1 PM, he then proceeded To call my doctor to get the OK for the machine and in the mail that day. I received it on the 27th, an amazing job, considering it was Christmas time. He was so helpful and kind, even call me a few times, keeping me updated when he contacted the doctor, and when the shipment was on its way. I highly recommend this company to anyone. I just can’t say enough good about this company, and there employees, they are very kind, caring and helpful, and a company I trust completely, which is very rare and refreshing in this day and age.

Very professional and considerate
The staff seemed genuinely concerned that I get the product best suited for me. It actually took some trial and error to accomplish that, and they were all patient with me through the process.

I received fast and thorough service
I received fast and thorough service. I was kept informed through email, which put me at ease, as I am end-stage COPD, and I struggle to breathe without oxygen. I was shone compassion for my situation. My unit seems to be working perfectly now. I am so relieved, and pleased with their service of my unit.
