Great Team to work with; Highest recommendation!
I chose to purchase a portable concentrator from here because of the ratings. I'm very happy with the outcome. These devices are life-supporting, and getting excellent help in choosing the unit is beyond critical. Chris Hollis was an excellent advisor, working with us as we tested our needs and expectations. He showed patience, professionalism, and excellent product knowledge. When it was time to purchase, he helped us navigate the companies rather crude sales events policies (no start nor end dates...just 'deals' that may or may not be here tomorrow; exactly the kind of 'deal' that is not helpful when buying a mission-critical device!) I'm grateful for Chris's work, and would recommend this company to anyone who needs to use o2 equipment. These folks do it right!

Mars was amazing at helping me to…
Mars was amazing at helping me to establish what concentrator would be best for my sister. He did conference calls, contracted the Doctor. The professionalism and kindness is so appreciated. The machine, though over the holiday was delivered in just a few days. My sister is delighted! She’s so happy to get her freedom back. Thank you Mars!!!!

Chris went out of his way to help us…
Chris went out of his way to help us get the batteries the airlines require for a surprise trip to Maui my brother booked last minute! We could never have gone without his help! He's amazing! I'm a caregiver I will send all business your way forever!
