I received my order in very little time and am quite satisfied with the unit. The only problem is that I only received cannulas with nasal ends when I specifically asked for tubbing to attach to a c-pap as I sleep with a c-pap with oxygen. The nasal attachments do not come off.

We got the order wrong have a hand held and stationary at home machine , Received two hand held tanks ( small ) They re shipped correct item and alls good . Last name spelt Benitez

The manual says the battery will last for 8 hours on the #1 setting. The battery actually lasts around six hours. That is the only complaint I have.

Purchase of the Inogen G5 was easy. My sales rep was well informed and able to address questions related to the performance of the product. My quibble is not with the store, but with a repair policy, apparently imposed by the manufacturer, that Inogen repairs can only be provided by the purchase site. This may be an advantage to the store but I fail to see how this is of benefit to the customer.

This would be 5 stars but in servicing my concentrator it would be nice to be able to make an appointment to have problems looked at... my concentrator is my only access to oxygen if I need it ( not on oxy 24/7 ) have to leave machine up to 2 weeks... My machine was fixed and I am very pleased with this company otherwise... I got my machine back in 1 week... Good job... I would recommend this company to anybody that is considering an oxygen concentrator
