Dealing with your organization was easy enough with the exception of the occasional frustrations with the computer and the@#$%& internet. Now!! That Affirm outfit that you are affiliated with is the worse experience that I have ever felt with. My advice is to rid yourselves of that miserable bunch of loan sharks. I am finding it extremly to communicate with them thru conventional methods (ie. email, telepfone, etc.) I believe that I am finally cut loose from AFFIRM. After about a dozen or so attempts to get the needed information, I was able to mail (via USPS) them the $ for the O2 machine that you provided. Affirm is one weird outfit to do business with. On the other hand, dealing with you all was very satisfactory. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for dealing with the loan sharks.

You are extremely expensive. Purchasing product and services takes a large bite out of my budget.

The machine works very well, but for me a weak senior citizen it is a little heavy for me. I’ll need more time to get use to it. The single battery one is of course lighter. But I like to travel so I needed the one that will give me more time for oxygen use.
