Details matter.
Everything was great. Concetrator arrived when they said it would and was in good condition. Communication was excellent. Very enjoyable experience overall. Purchased a special deal which was very good, but, the deal was to include 6 nasal cannulas for free. I only got one. Small consideration I know but was disappointed

The Claire Eclipse 5 oxygen concentrator.
The concentrator is easy to assemble and get going. when testing my batteries to see how much time they allow me. I was surprised to find that my two batteries gave me around 7hrs. 15 min.

Great customer service
Great customer service The rep. Provided all the information needed to make a decision in purchasing a portable oxygen concentrator and provided a reasonable and competitive price. Delivery was in 2 to 3 business days and was free. This was the third time dealing with this company and Will go to them first if needed

Professional process, questionable product.
The purchase process was professional, with no unnecessary obstacles. Some questions about the product received. Not sure it works, or is just underpowered.

Very Disappointed—updated
They shipped my repaired oxygen concentrator back to me without its battery. I called and told them about it and haven’t heard back for a week now. My portable oxygen concentrator is not so portable now. Update: they shipped a battery to me. All is good.
