I would have rated it five stars except for initial screening phone. In addition to language difficulty, the phone volume was soooo low. He kept trying to repeat and tried to increase the volume. It was on your end.

Not quite perfect
While the generator itself is small....it kept swinging around my body and that was a nuisance, and the noise the unit made was distracting and gets the attention of people around me. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer too.

Had the unit serviced as it was shutting down for no explained reason. It has now been returned and the unit seems to be working very well.

corrected the problem
The company contacted me they saw my review. We discussed the issues and found a way to correct the problem. They sent a refurbished machine and all is working well. While it took longer than it should once the saw the issue they did the right thing and corrected it. I appreciate the effort and attention. Thank you. A satisfied customer now.

Everything was great except the price
Everything was great except the price. Not your fault, just ridiculous $500+ for a battery
