Thatcher (the person who helped me) was very helpful and considerate. He went over and answered all my questions. I bought my unit and when I received it I had questions still. I called him directly back and helped me with my concerns. Thank you Thatcher.

So very friendly and caring
So very friendly and caring, they helped answer all my questions concerning my units. They really handled all my concerns, and relieved lots of my anxiety regarding oxygen.

A wonderful experience!
This is my second portable oxygen purchase from the oxygen concentrator store and both times Katie Yeadon was the consultant I used. The first one a Caire comfort is still going strong 5 years later. My needs changed. I purchase the Eclispe 5, once again wonderful advice. Awesome consultant, great equipment fully satisfied.

A long Road to Success
I began the search for a portable oxygen concentrator late last year. I compared units and got quotes but then life got in the way and the process stalled. Cami Lummus was very informative as well as patient. She sent me one gentle reminder about a proposed purchase but did not bury me with a deluge of appeals I did not need at that time. I picked up the process again this year and had a whole new set of questions. Cami and her manager, Aaron, were able to patiently answer all of my concerns. We closed the deal this July and the machine I chose and quickly received is wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough about the patient, informative and caring attitude demonstrated by these folks and will use their services again. Thank-you!
