Great customer support, special thanks to Katie Yeadon. But for the price you are charging you could have included 25'-40' of tubing, cost only $6 on Amazon, but I had to wait for that tubing several days. If you sell equipment which requires tubing in order to be used, why is that tubing NOT included? But at least Humidifier and 2 Cannulas were included, we were able to test it right away sitting next to the door of the room where the machine was running. My kitten got improvement since we started using this oxygen concentrator, he can play and run much more without shortness of breath, and his breathing rate went down to normal 25 time/min, we are very happy with the progress!

I liked the the machine size and the weight of it. It is not as quiet as I would have expected it to be. It is just as noisy as the until that my insurance was renting for me. I only bought this one because of the weight and the number of times that I go out of town into an area that my insurance company does not service. I think the service was good also.

It was a pleasure working with Nick. The only issue was my unit had been sent to another client. The gentleman called me to vent. I told him to take a breath and I would take care of the unfortunate error and get back to him. The issue was quickly resolved after I called Nick.

Delivery service and set-up ,usage, and customer service while setting up. supplying extras of each of the cannulas and setting up canisters(2000) in sleeves. thanks very much. The system is working well, meets my needs and provides for continueous Oxygen (O2)in the quietest of possible ways. Fits in home and added 7ft cannula gets around the whole house. Two good nights of sleeping! ;-)ordered 11/25/22 (4pm) delivered 11/28/22 around 9P-9; PM coordinates w my Inogen G4 for independent mobility outside the home! Thank you

After posting a concern about partial shipment my second concentrator came shortly after. The response time for everything, concerns info service is great still and I will remain a loyal customer.
