repair under warranty
I sent my Inogen One G5 in for repairs because it was not charging. As it turns out there were problems with the motherboard and other issues related to dust and dirt inside the unit. This was all covered under warranty. They also said I needed to replace the columns which should be replaced every year or two. The customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable! The only reason this is not a five star review is because the price of the columns that they sell is twice what they are on Amazon for the exact same thing. I certainly learned a lot in discussing my concentrator with the customer service rep and he was supportive of me purchasing the columns from Amazon
