Good prices and customer support
OCS has very good prices and customer support. Unfortunately, we purchased a Claire Companion concentrator that has had to be sent in for service twice in 18 months (9,000 hours of use). OCS got it back to us in just a few days.

The oxygen concentrator store took the time to take my order on the weekend and it was done correctly and Courtesy my wife received her oxygen concentrator on time and the one that was down was replaced quick we thank you.

The concentrator
The concentrator is great I just use it when I go outside in this hot weather down here in the Southwest. But I wish I had waited, I saw this ad that I would have saved $1,200. But you know. Happens. But I like the concentrator. Be accessories cost too much

After the purchase.Needs work
BUYING THE PRODUCT PAYIMG FOR IT ETC .. ALL WAS PERFECT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE SALES GUY WAS PERFECT ALL THE WAY UP TO THE PAID IN FULL..THEN I WAS ABLE TO TELL CLEARLY THE ONLY IMPORTANT PART WAS GETTING THE MONEY..I HAD QUESTIONS AFTERWARDS AND INSTEAD OF A CALL BACK I GOT A TEXTED REPLY TO ANSWER MY QUESTION..THIS MAKES ME WORRY ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY UNIT IN THE FUTURE..IN OWNIMG A BUISNESS MYSELF IT WAS PLAIN TO SEE THAT ONVE THIS SALEMAN MSDE THE SALE ..I BECAME NON IMPORTANT..AGAIN I COULD NOT EVEN TALK WITH THE SALES GUY PERSINALLY AFTERWARDS HIS REPLY WAS TEXTED TO ME.

Easy instructions and compact for plane use. Worked wonderfully and inconspicuous in my seat on plane. The con is I couldn't connect to iPhone ap after several attempts. IPhone couldn't find inogen and it wasn't my iphone causing problem.
