Best Customer Service !
The customer service and repair team are extremely responsive. My unit alarmed a low oxygen level. I shipped back my unit, it was repaired and returned within 10 calendar days. Outstanding!

Knowledgeable sales staff.
First call , talked to Luke, very knowledgeable about products. Very nice. Called next day left him message, didn’t hear back later in day and called back. Placed order with his supervisor due to him being off that day. She was also really nice and knowledgeable. Next day I received a call back from Luke just following up to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Great experience with the sales people. Only problem was shipping was delayed due to snowstorm but that couldn’t be helped. Very pleased. So far the concentrator is doing good. Just large but I knew that before ordering.

Great support
I was given excellent help choosing the right concentrator. Then I received prompt delivery. My wife passed away after brief usage and the unit was graciously taken back since the 7 day trial period had not yet passed. I was well treated at a very difficult time.
