Nick V has once again proven to be my hero...I had two problems and he helped me with both. Was able to calm me down and came up with the perfect solutions. My new concentrator is wonderful and I am getting the right amount of oxygen which will improve my RBCs! And it has improved my everyday breathing already. Nick was able to listen to what I needed ASAP and figured out exactly what I needed with the best price. No pressures and gave me time to check on things and review myself so...Thank you again for your professional advice and honesty.

When I received my columns, I noticed one of the caps was missing from one of the columns. The oxygen Concentrator Store sent me another set of columns just in case the columns may have been compromised or contaminated. That's great customer service.
