A good business run by professionals
The people that I talked to on the phone about the oxygen concentrators were very professional but the emails I received about the process fro returning a machine were not very clear at all. The warehouse people were a little tardy in for awarding a shipping document but I found out that they were just very busy on that day. So no worries in the end.

Sales help was very helpful and…
Sales help was very helpful and delivery was timely. Since the concentrator carrying case does not accommodate taking a backup battery, it would be nice if a battery carrying case would be available. I had to search several places before finding something that was small enough and wide enough to resolve my issue.

The back pack for the concentrator fell…
The back pack for the concentrator fell apart during overseas trip the shoulder straps and top grab handle all came undone not reinforced enough had to carry with side handles. However concentrator worked well. I do not recommend the back pack unless it is inproved
