A Satisfied Customer
I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received from Courtney Foutch Sales Manager for The Oxygen Concentrator Store. I purchased the Inogen G4 Concentrator from them on Nov 29 and received it on Dec 3. Unfortunately, I was unable to get it paired with the Bluetooth on my android phone. So, I contacted them to obtain a return shipping label and purchased the Rove 4 Concentrator. Kudos to Courtney for her diplomacy, concern and diligent involvement each time I spoke with her. She facilitated the immediate shipping of the Rove 4 upon receipt of the returned G4 Concentrator, which was received on December 11, and the Rove 4 was shipped the same day and arrived yesterday, December 13. The Rove 4 is still in the box therefore cannot I comment on its operations. However, I can comment on my experience with Courtney and the exceptional quality of service I received from her. The favorable opinion she gave represents the type of service I look forward to receiving from The Oxygen Concentrator Store in the future.
