I called The Oxygen Concentrator Store all upset because I had received a disturbing notice on my concentrator. The people I talked to calmed me down and vanished all my fears. Even though I had not purchased my concentrator from them, they were most helpful. I received the needed part the day after Christmas with detailed instructions on how to instal it along with the personal phone number of the person I talked to incase I needed additional help. Service was very prompt and personal. When I need anything connected to my concentrator, I will go to The Oxygen Concentrator Store.
