The Rove 4 met my expectations in terms of weight, size, and quietness. It was easy to order, easy to upload my prescription (although I needed to hunt for an email address), and quickly delivered. Also very well packed by Inogen. Oxygen Concentrator Store also followed up after the delivery to confirm all was as I wanted it to be.

Thank you, Marion. We are glad the Rove 4 met your expectations in weight, size, and quietness, and that the delivery was smooth and well packaged. We appreciate you noting that the prescription email address was a bit hard to find. That is helpful feedback and we will look into making that step clearer. We are also glad our team followed up after delivery to make sure everything arrived as expected. If you ever need anything else, feel free to reach out, we're here to help!
