I had a very good experience with the…
I had a very good experience with the representative. He helped me get everything I needed and it was delivered in a fast manner and packaged well . The only thing I was not happy about was I had to get two batteries instead of the one that would last longer. I was told the other one, that would last longer, was not available .😕 just makes it harder to keep switching out batteries since they charge on the unit itself . There is not an independent charging system.

Happy but not ecstatic
While I was happy at how easy it was to get a replacement for my wife's portable concentrator, I was disappointed that it did not come with a battery. The first concentrator I purchased was the same price with the same accessories but also included a double battery. Fortunately the battery from the old machine works with this one.

A great company
One: was the fact that the salesman kept in contact with me. Two: He helped me to pick the right one The only problem I've had is the clip on the carry strap broke. I haven't been able to find a strap anywhere. so it is hard to keep it on my shoulder.

Tod did a good job explaining things
Tod did a good job explaining things, however, we have received the device, and there is a pensive odor when my wife uses it, she tried it for about 10 minutes, it gave her a headache so bad she had to discontinue use. I hope this is a very temporary problem.
