The service good but iShipping the equipment to Puerto Rico is very expensive, even though Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory.

I initially filled out a contact request as it was after normal business hours but was surprised to get a call back a few minutes later. Had a very helpful conversation with an employee named Thatcher and ended up ordering a Caire concentrator as he confirmed all the information I had gathered from other internet sites on that particular unit (Eclipse 5).
