I have no machine until they fix mine
I have no machine until they fix mine. What am I suppose to say. Its for breathing when I go out!

Unit is too heavy
Unit is too heavy. Cary case doesn’t fit unit so it’s hard to Go Mobile. I wish I had bought an I oven instead

Not happy. Received device and did not work
Received device and did not work. Went through troubleshooting with rep with no success. Had to go through hassle of returning 41 pound device. So paid, brand new, doesn't work, hassle to return, don't have working device. Other than that good.

Total confusion with this company.
Their salesman, who convinced me this was the best device at the best price, and that he would be available 24/7 to answer any questions, was fired or quit the day after I trusted him with my credit card. When I called to speak to him 3 days later, I was told he was fired, or quit! Downhill from then on.

Poor after sale response
No response to problems in text. Humidifier bottle arrived cracked and the price was much higher than other site. Also didn’t answer question about cabinet filter apparent changed design. Shipping was quick.
