Excellent customer service & recertified POC
Nick was very patient in answering all our questions. The portable oxygen concentrator came quickly and on time from USA to Canada. It was very well packaged. It is recertified so it is cheaper than brand new but works really well.

I damaged my Imogen oxygen concentrator…
I damaged my Imogen oxygen concentrator and I got a repacement the next day- in time to keep a medical appointment. The person I dealt with was very helpful.
