Jake Kinlaw made the experience 5 stars which I usually don't go that high in on-line reviews. He had the information, was patient while I worked out my end which more difficult than expected, and coordinated the logistics of getting the concentrator delivered one day earlier than we expected.

Professional and quick
From start to finish was extremely quick. It took me longer to decide if I wanted to purchase outright. I ordered around 3pm on a Friday and had the concentrator the next day before noon.

The oxygen concentrator came back
The oxygen concentrator came back. it wa still not working right. The ladies were helpful in trying to get the problem resolved. I ended up sending it back for further repair.
