I had a problem. The person on the phone had the answer. I bought the product which cost a good deal of my cash without insurance by the way. I waited a week and the new battery and the columns arrived. We were able to easily replace the columns and charge the new longer strength battery without a problem. We didn’t know anything about replacing the columns not even what the Imogen was asking for as long as a we had owned the item. It annoyed us usually within the first hour of use each time and continued all while we used it. It would have been nice to know long before that so we could have replaced the columns sooner.
