Great Customer Satisfaction
Very good customer satisfaction from David! He is very knowledgeable and very professional! He was able to have my Oxygen Concentrator at my door in 4 days! Yup, just 4 days! Everything we talked about and the different machines, David went over everything with me when he sold me the concentrator and I knew exactly what to do! Customer Service has really went down in the USA, but not this company! They have contacted me 4 times to make sure I got everything I paid for! Thanks to The Oxygen Store for the greatest customer satisfaction that I have had in a long time!! Keep up the awesome work!!

The customer service gentleman gave us…
The customer service gentleman gave us prompt ordering ability but the columns received didn't resolve the problem. We contacted the Inogen company service people and a new unit is being sent. The service rep was nice and answered the phone promptly and tried to help as much as posible

The jury is still out on my purchase of…
The jury is still out on my purchase of a Inogen One g5. This refurbished unit is really quite a bit louder than my over three year older G3. I'm still debating whether to return this unit or keep it.

The people are great
This company has no problem helping me work out exchanges and doing it in a timely manner. One thing I do not like is me having to pay shipping on a returned unit. They sent two "Claire" units in a row that were CLEARLY faulty. I AM NOT THE REASON this equipment was failing so I feel I shouldn't pay the price for it. Other than that, they treat you respectfully and make sure you are happy in the end.

You are good at getting orders to us…
You are good at getting orders to us and the products do work. The double battery G4 does not hold air as long as it should, I thought it would hold a lot more than 4 hours.
