Wonderful experience from the time Nick…
Wonderful experience from the time Nick answered the phone to the delivery the next day. Kind, courteous and professional. The prices are affordable, the equipment up to date. It is so much quieter than my rental, smaller and more space efficient.

"People Buy from People"
"People Buy from People". My O2 Concentrator was about four+ years old and we inquired about a replacement about two months ago. We were directed to an Account Manager named PJ. PJ was knowledgable about every concentrator and option and/or combination. He had a complete and distinct answer for every question we asked... Yet the time wasn't right to buy back then. PJ was tenacious with follow-up, but while he always asked for the "Sale", he never pushed too far or hard. When finally made a decision to buy a certain unit/package almost two months later, we could have bought the unit from anyone, anywhere. We instead chose to call PJ back and buy the Inogen unit from him because he was professional, personable and knowlegable. It's people like that who are willing to do the work to become masters of their craft, who are the backbone of the USA. Thank you for PJ and Inogen for a great product and experience!

Inverter warnings need to be revised!
I was talking with Thatcher, a very knowledgeable person and willing to work with me on a few details so I could make the purchase. I do believe that I got a good deal in the end overall. The only real problem I had was that in the instructions, it warned against using an inverter, that it might ruin the Oxy5 Home and void the warranty. I run my place with Solar Power utilizing a Top of the line Pure Sine Wave Inverter. They really struggled to finally come to the conclusion that I can use my inverter. They really need to educate themselves on Solar Power and change the wording in the instructions! Other than that, everything was good.
