I have been buying oxygen concentrators from this company for over 12 years. Their customer service is excellent. You can always get a live person on the phone. They listen and respond appropriately. 24 hour delivery is just that and free. Maaintenance or repair, if you buy it directly from them and they can repair it, usually has a turn around of 48 hours. Couldn't be happier!
