Shopping experience good but direction daunting
Website non starter for me just to purchase extra double battery wanted all the info on file but Contact directly with Drew Williams paid off and new battery arrived promptly. Oh and the November 25 experience very satisfied again with Drew.

AMS is not at fault. UPS is at fault!
It is not your fault, but the fault of UPS. It was put on the box by AMS to DELIVER TO UPSTAIRS PORCH. it was delivered at 6:38PM, Fri, 12/1/23 to my downstairs breezeway door. Since that door had not been used and I was not notified by UPS that it was delivered, it sat there until Monday when I finally tracked it down. We have had porch pirates stealing packages and mail lately. I’m lucky this $2,600.00 package in now in my possession. This problem has to be remedied. I have been a good customer since 2914. Rant over!

Your salesman (Chriss) did a good job…
Your salesman (Chriss) did a good job explaining the differences in machines, and pointed the positives in different chines The machine I bought was delivered as he told me. So far, we are real happy with it.
